General sales condition
These terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company TACYLATE, SASU with a capital of 5,000 euros whose head office is located at 40 rue de Nangis - 77370 Clos Fontaine - France, registered in the Melun Trade and Companies Register, under the number 851 961 938, hereafter called "TACYLATE" and manager of the website https://tacylate.com, and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal person wishing to purchase via the website https://tacylate.com, referred to as the "buyer" below.

Article 1. Object
These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between TACYLATE and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://tacylate.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of the present terms of sale which the buyer acknowledges to have been aware before handing over his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares that he has full legal capacity, allowing him to commit under these terms and conditions of sale.
TACYLATE retains the option to change these sales conditions at any time, to comply with any new regulations, or to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the purchaser's order.

Article 2. Products
The products on offer are those listed on TACYLATE's https://tacylate.com website within the limit of available stocks. TACYLATE reserves the right to change the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not engage the vendor. The sale of the products presented on the site https://tacylate.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.

Article 3. Prices
The prices on the product listings of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate can be passed on to the price of the products. TACYLATE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, with the understanding that the price listed on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Prices do not include delivery fees, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased based on the total amount of the order and the desired delivery location.

Article 4. Order and payment terms
TACYLATE offers the buyer to order and pay for its products in several stages, with 2 payment options to choose from: Payment secured by Paypal or credit or debit card.

The buyer selects the products he wants to order in the "shopping cart", makes some changes if necessary (quantities, references ...), checks the delivery address, or informs a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, depending on his choice of delivery.
The next step invites him to check all the information, read and accept these terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, and then invites him to validate his order by clicking the "Confirm my order" button.

Next, the buyer chooses the payment method of their choice:
- "Paypal Payment" 1
- "Credit or Debit Card Payment."

Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface of his choice to fill it safely. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is finalized. The payment by Paypal account or bank card

In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be recredited or returned. The responsibility of the holder of a bank card is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to be made fraudulently, remotely, without the physical use of his card. To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have caused, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the debit from his bank, within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding it to the latter provides for it. The amounts collected are refunded by the bank within one month after receiving the written challenge filed by the bearer. No costs of restitution of the sums can be borne by the holder.

Confirmation of order results in acceptance of these terms of sale, recognition of full knowledge of it, and renouncement of its terms of purchase. All of the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.

Article 5. Property reserve
TACYLATE retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully received, including principal, fees, and taxes.

Article 6. Delivery
Deliveries are made at the address indicated on the purchase order which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by an independent provider who offers a parcel tracking service. The delivery times announced are those contracted with the transport provider and are only indicative.

TACYLATE will be able to provide the buyer with the parcel tracking number by e-mail. The risks associated with transportation are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company TACYLATE. Upon receipt, the buyer is required to check in the presence of the delivery driver, the condition of the package of the goods, and its contents on delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

The customer is entitled to request a refund of his order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days from the validation of the order.

Article 7. Retraction
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (“Code de la consommation”), the individual purchaser has 14 calendar days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Please inform us if you wish to withdraw by contacting us by email at contact.tacylate@gmail.com. We will send you a retraction form to accompany the returned merchandise, with receipt or proof of purchase.
To receive a return, The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You can return items in the original packaging. The return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by TACYLATE benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email, at the following address: contact.tacylate@gmail.com, within 30 days after delivery, detailing the reason for your request and the contact details where we can reach you. We will quickly get back in touch 3 with you.

Warning: Please do not return anything without prior approval from our customer service as your shipment may not be taken into account. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email, at the following address: contact.tacylate@gmail.com, within 30 days after delivery.

Article 9. Responsibility
The company TACYLATE in the process of distance selling is bound only by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other unintended problems.
Article 10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site https://tacylate.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company TACYLATE. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, or use in any capacity, even partially, elements of the site whether they are in the form of photo, video, logo, visual, or text.

Article 11. Personal data
TACYLATE is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the purchaser, which he would have to pass on for the use of certain services. Any information about him is subject to the provisions of Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the user has the right to access, modify, and delete the information about him. Article 12. Dispute resolution
These conditions for distant sales are subject to French law. For any dispute or litigation, the competent Tribunal will be that of Melun 77000.
